Twelve-year-old Collin feels the absence of his father, a soldier, but the summer promises a change. As Collin spends time with his dad, they realize their perspectives on the world diverge. While his father imagines raising a group of rugged sons, Collin aspires of playing a grand piano on a concert stage.
