The Dark Crystal

Music.Film Recordings has announced two soundtrack albums for The Jim Henson Company’s Netflix original series The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. The Volume 1 soundtrack features selections of the original music from the show composed by Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominee Daniel Pemberton and the Volume 2 soundtrack features music by Pemberton and Samuel Sim. Both albums will be released digitally on August 30. The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance is a prequel to the classic 1982 feature, and follows three young Gelflings as they inspire a rebellion against the cruel emperor when they discover a horrifying secret. The fantasy series will premiere on August 30 exclusively on Netflix.
